With a need to pivot the business from 90% in-house tea and food service restaurant, a redesign of the teahouse website with a future-forward approach was in order. The business moved to online, e-commerce, brick and mortar retail and takeout because of COVID19 occupancy restrictions.
Goal:  Highlight takeout, retail/online purchasing and pickup, with room for a change of e-commerce system, online class offerings and more.
